Directions:

Suspend 3.5 g/L, transfer 10mL into 16mm * 150mm tubes with inverted fermentation tube in it, autoclave at 115 ℃ for 15 minutes.

Quality control and typical characteristics

Incubated at 36 ± 1 ℃ for 24 ± 2 hours, and coliform bacteria, E. Coli and Gram-negative bacteria which can ferment lactose produce gas, there are bubbles in a small tube; other bacteria will be no bubbles.
